Refund policy

At LURE X FISHING, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we want to make sure you're happy with every purchase.

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
We accept change of mind returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is:
- Unused and in its original condition
- In original, undamaged packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

Return shipping costs for change of mind returns are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a store credit or refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item at chuqimeng5@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the fault or damage

Depending on the nature of the fault, we will offer a repair, replacement, or full refund, including return shipping costs.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used or rigged with hooks
- Items damaged through misuse or normal wear
- Clearance or final sale items (unless faulty)

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
Email us at customer.service@lurexfishing.com.au with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Our return policy is in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
