Shipping & Delivery – Australia-Wide

We ship Australia-wide from Melbourne. Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment clearing — weekends and public holidays roll to the next business day.

Rates

Standard shipping — $9.95. 3–7 business days to metro, 5–10 to regional and remote.
Express shipping (insured) — $21.99. 1–3 business days to metro, subject to the Australia Post network.
Free standard shipping on orders over $149. Applies to most Australian addresses.

One thing worth knowing about the free-shipping threshold: it is assessed on your order total after any discount code has been applied. A $155 cart with a $20 code lands at $135 and will be charged shipping, so if you are close to the line it is worth adding one more item rather than using the code.

Rods and oversized items

Rod freight to major cities typically $45–85.

Checkout still shows $0.00 on the rod; that is not free shipping. We confirm the exact cost before dispatch. Not happy with the quote? We cancel and refund in full.

Every rod ships in a protective tube and is fully insured. Rods are excluded from the $149 free shipping threshold.

If your order contains both a rod and other gear, the non-rod items are charged (or shipped free) as normal and only the rod freight is quoted separately.

Tracking

You will get a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched. Track it through Australia Post or our courier partner's portal.

If something goes wrong

Delivery timeframes are estimates. We can't control Australia Post, couriers, weather events or peak-period backlogs — but if your parcel is significantly late, contact us and we will chase it.

If tracking says delivered and you don't have it, check with neighbours and your local post office first. If it still can't be found, email info@lurexfishing.com.au and we will lodge a carrier investigation on your behalf.

Pickup / click & collect

We pack from Melbourne. A physical Melbourne showroom is in the works. We do not currently offer click & collect or in-store pickup. Please use Australia-wide tracked shipping.

International

We ship to Australian addresses only at this stage.
