Shipping policy

LURE X FISHING ships Australia-wide. We aim to get your order packed and dispatched as quickly as possible so you can get back on the water.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (AUSTRALIA)
We ship via Australia Post and selected courier services.

- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (metro areas); 5–10 business days (regional/remote areas)
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (metro areas, subject to Australia Post network)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

FREE SHIPPING
Free standard shipping is available on orders over $99 AUD to most Australian addresses.

TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your parcel through the Australia Post website or our courier partner's portal.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We do not currently offer international shipping. We ship to Australian addresses only.

DELIVERY DELAYS
Delivery timeframes are estimates only. LURE X FISHING is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post, couriers, or circumstances beyond our control (including weather events or peak periods). If your parcel is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

LOST OR MISSING PARCELS
If your tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbours and your local post office. If the parcel cannot be located, contact us at customer.service@lurexfishing.com.au and we will lodge an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.
