Shipping, pickup, JDM warranty and how to reach us. Rates match Shipping & Delivery.
Do you ship Australia-wide?
Yes. We ship to Australian addresses only, from Melbourne, with tracking. We do not ship internationally.
How much is shipping?
On ordinary gear (not rods or oversized items):
- Standard — $9.95. 3–7 business days to metro, 5–10 to regional and remote.
- Express (insured) — $21.99. 1–3 business days to metro, subject to the Australia Post network.
- Free standard shipping on orders over $149 to most Australian addresses.
The free-shipping threshold is assessed on your order total after any discount code. A $155 cart with a $20 code lands at $135 and will be charged shipping.

What about rods?
Rod freight to major cities typically $45–85. Checkout still shows $0.00 on the rod; that is not free shipping. We confirm the exact cost before dispatch. Not happy with the quote? We cancel and refund in full. Rods are excluded from the $149 free-shipping threshold.
How long until it leaves Melbourne?
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment clearing. Weekends and public holidays roll to the next business day. Delivery timeframes after that are estimates.
Can I click & collect or pick up in Melbourne?
Not at the moment. We are Melbourne-based and a physical showroom is in the works, but we do not offer click & collect or in-store pickup.
Are these Australian-warranty models?
No. These are genuine Japanese-domestic-market (JDM) products, parallel-imported. Packaging and manuals are often in Japanese. They are not covered by an Australian manufacturer’s warranty. We back them with our own 12-month store warranty against manufacturing defects, on top of your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
