Decline the quote and we refund in full.Ginrou Ouga is Daiwa's dedicated black bream (chinu) float rod, built on an ultra-slim, thick-walled high-elasticity carbon blank that keeps it light, sensitive and controlled. 5.3 m and 99% carbon, down to a 116 cm travel length in five sections, with an Air Sensor reel seat. For Port Phillip pylons, Werribee rock walls and anywhere else bream sit tight to structure, this is the tool the Japanese have spent fifty years refining. The difference between the two ratings is backbone.
S 0-53 — No.0
The supple one. Bends smoothly right into the butt, so you can play a hooked fish without spooking it on light line. 181 g.
- 5.30 m · 5 sections · 116 cm stored · 181 g
- Sinker 0.5–2 gou · Nylon 0.6–1.5 · 99% carbon
S 03-53 — No.0.3
The step up in backbone. Still loads properly on light float rigs, but has enough butt to turn a good fish out of the pylons before it gets there. The 0.7 mm solid tip telegraphs the soft, sideways take a bream gives you before it commits.
- 5.30 m · 5 sections · 116 cm stored · 184 g
- Tip / butt 0.7 / 14.0 mm · Sinker 0.5–2 gou · Nylon 0.6–2 · 99% carbon
