Shimano's Infinity Loop winds the line onto the spool with almost no cross-lay, which is why a Stella keeps casting straight after a season that would have any other reel throwing loops; Infinity Drive drops rotation resistance so the crank feels weightless under load; and Anti-Twist Fin holds the line against the roller so slack-line jerking doesn't stack twist into your leader. Fourteen bearings, 220 g, and the double handle keeps the rotor balanced through the sharp repeated jerks eging is made of. It is a lot of money for a squid reel. It is also the last squid reel you will buy.
