Ikametal, fishing small metal sinker-jigs and droppers for squid from a drifting boat, lives or dies on two things: feeling bites and keeping the rig untangled. This ester leader is made for exactly that. Ester's natural stiffness holds droppers and branch lines away from the main line, dramatically cutting rig tangles, while its very low stretch telegraphs the softest squid touch straight to the tip.

Strong where it counts. Knot strength runs up to about 90%, even at the dropper knot, and the clear natural colour stays hard for sharp-eyed squid to pick out. A soft-wind spool and size band are included. Ideal for night-time boat squid sessions over Port Phillip, Western Port and the SA gulfs.
