Yamashita EGI OH SEARCH Squid Jig
The EGI OH SEARCH is the jig you tie on when you need to find squid rather than finesse them. A rattle tuned to the frequency squid hear best calls calamari in from distance, while the Strobe Fin throws flash on every jerk. It sinks noticeably faster than a standard egi, so you can fire long casts, get down quickly and comb deeper reef or drop-offs efficiently. A great first-cast prospecting jig in murky water or low light — then switch to something quieter once you have found the school.
Slightly faster fall. SEARCH drops a step quicker than the basic Egi-Oh, which is deliberate — when squid are switched on, tempo finds more of them than patience does. Work it fast, cover ground, and slow down only once you get a follow.
